Искусственно создаваемые элементы системы - технические средства и технологические процедуры - должны проектироваться, исходя из следующих основных: положений: а) эффективность и надежность их работы основывается на физический законах и соответствующих объективных реалиях; б) при этом учет и взаимосогласование возможностей человека и используемой техники имеет первостепенную важность. Данная работа специально посвящена анализу второго положения.
